I wanted to work at LiveCA because they do things differently. It’s not your typical accounting firm, in the best possible way. They are forward thinking and always looking to see how they can make things more efficient and more accessible, and I wanted to be a part of that.

Maybe I felt an affinity for this non-traditional accounting firm, since I have a somewhat non-traditional accounting background myself! I have an arts degree from the University of Lethbridge, and sort of fell into accounting by accident and found that I loved it. I obtained my PCP designation in 2016, and am currently working towards my CPM designation.

In my spare time you can find me trying out new cookie recipes on my husband and kids, doing crosswords, knitting something, or watching curling or tennis. Someday I hope to see all 4 tennis Grand Slams in person (two down, two to go!)
